I was going to suggest a loo/sink combo. I am about to replace my cloakroom suite with one of these. The sink is quite big compared to some.

Try omni tub

The loo / sink combo looks good for a downstairs loo but looks hard to use for everyday face washing and teeth brushing

Check your current/local building regulations for this type of change as there needs to be certain amount of space in between baths/toilet/sink. Might not be relevant now but could cause problems if you try to sell the house down the line.

I have this problem. We have a corner shower enclosed unit. I want a bath with shower over but need someone to plan the bathroom supply and fit. I have no idea how to go about that. I do want a bath I can actually lie down in though.
