Large appliances - 1st floor kitchen

I've just moved house and my kitchen is in the first floor. There is space for a range cooker and American style fridge freezer. I believe the vendor removed theirs via the French style windows (taking juliette balcony off first).
I have checked with three shops and they won't deliver the items up the stairs, due to insurance, and looked at me blankly when I mentioned going in via the windows.
Has anyone else had and solved this issue? What sort of firm should I be approaching to winch/get the appliances up there? Thanks

You might have to coordinate delivery & then people to get it upstairs I suppose.

Anyone on here near you? They say they help to lift a fridge

Hire a hoist & a couple of handy men?

Why not have two single ovens under a wide hob and a pair of integrated FF 's instead ? Much easier to cope with initially and also if they go wrong and need to be replaced.

Thanks, Corblimey I have actually sorted this now (local builder and hoist) unfortunately the width I have for each isn't quite enough for that, otherwise it would have been my preferred solution.
