I'm in 2 minds whether to object to a planning application notice to set up a dog grooming business a few doors down. My natural reaction is negative, but not sure how reasonable it is.
We live on a terraced street. There is sufficient parking for residents but I would worry about business customers taking up some space, although I guess they may not stay for long.
We have a huge problem (in my opinion) with dog noise in the area. One on the street seems to set the rest of them off. As we live in a terrace, there is one dog in particular that seems to be set off in particular every time someone walks or drives past, in particular if a dog is involved. I'd worry about an increase in noise, both from resident dogs and visitors.
Should I pass my comments on? It seems like there is potential for disruption but it's impossible to tell really before it happens...
