Advice needed please re buying a freestanding cooker needing to be hardwired

I'm looking for a freestanding cooker for my new flat and I understand the ones I'm considering (Zanussi double oven induction hob) need to be a hardwired installation. At the moment there's a cooker plug and switch at the wall.

I understand it's to do with amperage...

I'd like to know how this is done: in the flat or is access to other areas in the building required? And can this be done by the supplier when they deliver (I'm thinking AO) or do I need to get an electrician in?

Thanks in advance for your thoughts, advice and experience!

We had this done by AO approx 3 years ago. You need to pay extra for their installation service and also for the old appliance to be taken away.
The installers are likely to also need access to your fuse box.

The arrangement where the cooker is plugged into a socket in the wall is really outdated and wouldn't have met UK electrical regulations for some time.
