Quartz top and Belfast sink for IKEA kitchen

I'm sure someone's done this before and will have great advice for me - I'm going to get a hybrid kitchen, comprising ikea carcasses and custom doors. Should I just get my quartz top from ikea, or source elsewhere? If the latter, where?

Related to this, I'm not sure I love the ikea Belfast sink, but apparently if you get their quartz top you can't use a Belfast sink from another supplier. Can anyone recommend another supplier of Belfast sinks? I'd be looking for something of the same dimensions so it can easily go on top of the cabinet.

Thank you!

Oh lovely. Would love to hear how you find the rinser - I can't work out its benefit!

@pegasussy I'm using the P&R tap in my utility room. I think the rinser will be useful for cleaning soapy bubbles after soaking laundry, washing off dirty football boots, maybe washing a dog if we get one in future.

I've bought a beautiful shiny Quooker for the main kitchen, no rinser. May regret it, but the tap itself (Classic Fusion Round) is the most beautiful thing in the house, I think 😂

I hear such good things about Quooker! I hope you find it useful too - the price tag is a bit frightening 😱

They reviews of little wing tap are not reassuring

What's little wing tap? Perrin and Rowe?

Perrin & Rowe are that price because of the quality.... you get what you pay for, as my grandma used to say 😉

We've installed P&R taps at a few previous houses and have never had any issues, but never had the phoenician, which I imagine would look fab in the aged brass too....

In our current house we chose a Steam Valve Original tap from Hornbeam Ivy. It was eye-wateringly expensive at about £800, but I love the articulated style as it resembles a pot filler whilst being a traditional deck-mounted tap 😍

@Hebeee I'm sure you're right. We're going to get P&R, it's not like we're buying taps every week right 😉

Exactly....imho with something like taps you want to buy the best you can 😉 DH always says that the things you touch (taps, showers, handles etc) should be the top quality items.....

Posted too soon!

Meant to say, that if you have to cut corners anywhere it shouldn't be on the items you have to handle or those with 'mechanical' components 😃
@pegasussy It is the quartz effect, so has a grey streak running through it. Subtle though I think!
Your kitchen is gorgeous xx

Thank you @Queenie6655! I am really happy with how it all pulled together.
