We bought our units and appliances ourselves and our tradespeople will be paid on completion (midway through refit now).

Our general builder has organised all the tradespeople so we will be paying one bill through him. They have only supplied spotlights, plugs, wires, bits of pipe and cable, small amount of plaster and plasterboard so not a huge cost upfront to them.
