What made you sell your house?

We moved into our house in October and I’m already ready to sell up 🤣 the two factors for me are that we’ve realised it’s too small for us, and the road we live on is so narrow that it’s near impossible for me to get on/off our driveway if someone is parked opposite it/next to it (something we didn’t really notice much until we actually moved in, stupidly) Very small thing that stresses me out massively Confused

Intrigued to know what were other people’s ‘deciding factors’ on selling up and looking for somewhere new?

I owned a 2 bed house in a different part of the country to where my at the time boyfriend lived. I sold and we moved halfway to between our families. I loved the house it was perfect and I felt so proud the day I moved in! Current house might be a forever home, big enough for a family but we could move again dependent on careers. We got really really lucky when buying as it was mid Brexit and the prices took enough of a drop we could afford it!

First sale - moved up to somewhere detached and bigger with more garden and parking.
Second sale - moved to somewhere even bigger, a massive 5 bed, huge garage etc.
I wasn't there long and not a happy time of my life so always intended to sell eventually. I sold it when DP sold his and we downsized and with our equity we bought a large 2 bed home together plus a holiday cottage and two rentals (just buying a third) hopefully not selling any of these for years.

I've only ever moved due to relocating half way across the country for work so it was an easy decision!
I've currently got itchy feet and would like more space / outdoor space etc (it's more of a want than a need!) but I'm struggling with the idea as I love the location I'm in now but can't afford the things I'd want in this area.......

The neighbours- they were awful. And the parking - we had a drive but difficult for visitors.
