Inset (not undermounted) sink without draining board

I’m after the above, something like the IKEA one pictured, but preferably one I can go and fetch myself, as IKEA only have them for delivery at £15 a pop and it’s a pain having to book an entire day out to wait in for it!

I’ve looked everywhere I can think of, but they’re all either undermounted or stupidly expensive! Any idea would be appreciated. Thanks :)

First one is too big for where it’s going and the other two are both over three times the price of the IKEA one. Looks like I’ll be spending a day sat in waiting for a delivery!

Why do you want a sink without a draining board? 😕

Because I do Grin I’ve got a dishwasher and would just prefer to use a freestanding one on the odd occasion I need one. Must be a fairly common thing seeing as they make lots of sinks without them!

The question sure should be why would you want a sink WITH a draining board? ESP if you have a dishwasher. I've never looked back one I had a sink like this.

OP have you tried B&Q or Homebase etc? Our local Homebase had these - discontinued - but they said they'd sell me the display one pretty cheap!

Yeah I had a look in Homebase but they only had undermounted ones. I think I’m just going to go with the IKEA one - it’s coming out at £105 with delivery so still seems a good price compared to any others I can find.

Don’t do it! We have two, one in kitchen, one in utility. Having no draining board is a nightmare and you’ll be forever wiping up water off the work surface to dry it. Also water is constantly sits around the tap which is fitted into the worktop as opposed to the sink unit and has now caused our cheap worktop to absorb water and the tap is wobbling.

Too late, I’ve ordered the IKEA one!

I have that IKEA one. I’ve never wanted a draining board but if you do then you buy a piece that fits across. We have a black colander type thing made to fit that sink and sometimes leave things draining in that. Otherwise it’s everything in the dishwasher anyway.
