Who do I need: damp sub floor and air bricks

I usually use My Builder to get tradesmen and am happy with everyone I’ve got through there. We had an issue early this year when the outside drain from the kitchen sink semi blocked so was very slow draining, and because of the standing water outside against the wall for a while it caused dampness in part of the kitchen sub floor and the crappy laminate we are getting rid of swelled up slightly. We need someone to take up the floor, sort any underlying problems with the damp issue and prepare it for tiling. The damp hasn’t got any worse and is almost certainly just down to the blockage, so I don’t think we need damp treatments etc. There are no condensation or damp issues anywhere else in the house or kitchen. We also want someone to see what to do about improving ventilation to the subfloor to prevent it happening again, the house is rendered with a small edging of gravel before a patio, so not sure the drainage is good enough.

So long story short, who do I contact for this work? We’ll get a tiler in for the flooring, but who sorts out the sub floor? There’s no category for general builder on my builder! We don’t need a damp specialist I think because the damage was done and needs to be repaired, but it’s not an ongoing problem and I don’t want to spend on a damp proof course or similar that we don’t need.

is it a wooden floor? Or concrete?

Can you see the DPC on any part of the house walls outside?

How high above ground or paving level is it?

Can you see any airbricks? how high, again, and how many?

Some photos would be helpful.

please also show this outside drain you mention. Was the house built before 1945, and is it in a town, or near a factory, dock, railway line or industrial area?

personal recommendations from people you know and trust are much better that paid-for listings on one of the advertising websites.
