Variable

Inner city flats difficult to shift (Zones 1 - 2)
Flats with no outdoor space difficult to shift
Affordable houses with big gardens in nice enough areas very much in demand
Houses in nice areas in the 650k to 950k bracket very much in demand (think houses in leafy parts of SE/SW London)

I'm buying a house in SW London. Houses are flying off the shelf!
Maisonettes and flats may be different- I think outside space makes it much more desirable. Inner Lindon flats with no outdoor space may be harder to sell, though I reckon they will be doing OK next year once more people have returned to offices (I keep hearing rumblings that WFH is not a it's cracked up to be...) and international travel resumes.

If it’s got outside space, it’ll be easier. Flats without are tending to stick.

Shared garden so hopefully it will sell ok🤞

Shared garden - not so good. All depends on specific building , location and service charges. But quite a difference between private and shared gardens.
Depending on when you had bought it, prepare to be realistic, many people sell at a loss if hey had bought recently (unless possibly the specific location is amazing).
If you bought a long time ago, in SW London a 3 bed should still sell relatively well but lower than at the peak.
