Kitchen splashback - pictures please!

As title says, please can you give me ideas for our kitchen splashback. We have gone for a modern, dark handleless kitchen and tiles are off white, worktop is white with grey veins.

We will need splashback on one wall where hob is, other wall has a window. I have seen some companies using worktop as a splashback and others using glass in various colours for modern kitchens. Tiles used to be popular but look dated now. My concern is glass is dating as has been popular for past 10 years.

What do you have or would you recommend?

Something a little different. Designed it ourselves and had it made.

@Toilenstripes have you found it OK having wood in the kitchen? Everyone keeps trying to persuade me to go for Amtico but I would prefer engineered wood.
Sorry for the derail!

Yes, it’s been fine! The only thing is you have to stay on top of water coming out of the washing machine. Also, if you track in dirt from the garden. Otherwise it’s a beautiful floor and easy to keep clean. But no dogs, of course.

@Toilenstripes I have a dog Grin maybe I will just have to go with the Amtico!

We have clear glass over the backboard that matches the worktop

I have just ordered this one Liquid Ocean Splashback for our cooker splashback in our white kitchen due to be fitted next month

It should link to a Liquid Ocean splashback. it was about £125. it is a bit wild in the scheme of things for us, but our thinking is in the whole cost of the kitchen if we don't get on with it isn't the end of the world to just change it and give the kitchen a different look with something else.

For your modern, dark handleless kitchen with off-white tiles and a white worktop with grey veins, you have several great options for the splashback. Using the same material as your worktop can create a seamless look and is a popular choice for modern kitchens. Alternatively, glass splashbacks in various colors can add a bold, contemporary element to your kitchen.
If you're interested in exploring engineered stone options for your splashback, you can check out this reputable engineered stone manufacturer. They offer a variety of high-quality engineered stone products that could complement your modern kitchen design beautifully.
