Please can you help me settle on a tile design for this slightly awkward en-suite for an attic conversion in waiting.

I'm feeling brave but don't have a huge budget and it needs to be fully tiled. It's a wet floor shower.

I like the idea of this for the floor:

But struggling so much with dark/light/pattern/texture/feature or whatever for everything else 🙈 would love some inspiration!

I like it. I also really like the black sink with it so I’d go for a really luxe / boutique hotel style with lots dark furnishings, dark wall tiles, woods and burnished gold taps etc.

Don’t be afraid of dark walls in a small space, it pushes the corners out and makes it look bigger plus reflective materials catch the light.

The kitchen in this pic shows how a statement floor bit dark plain everything else is a real focus point and I just like this dark bathroom

A Non-slip floor tile with a textured surface is a must in a wet room shower, all floor tiles are graded for this feature, and if my memory serves me right, l think that the best one for safety reasons is rated at a grade 11.

We used a Riven effect natural Slate design porcelain floor tile from online supplier Walls and Floors, for our downstairs wet room, and carried the tiles on through to the utility area, and are very pleased with them, especially the non slip qualities when wet.

The walls were tiled in a neutral high gloss porcelain marble Tile, and finished around the shower area with a band of contrasting feature tiles.
We kept to the Traditional White ceramic sanitary wear, fitted a Power Shower with a 2 metre long hose to enable easy use whilst seated if needs be, and used dark wood vanity unit under the washbasin and a matching mirrored wall cabinet. We are very pleased with the results.

One tip though, some Electric Power-showers such as the Triton Eco-Boost, require a specific type of shower hose that is only available in the shorter length as supplied in the box, and no other generic hose is available, resulting in a delay on completion of the project whilst an alternative was found, and the original returned to the store by our Plumber.
