At what point did you decide to do it?

Did you give yourself a time limit to find an onward purchase, or was it more buyer pressuring you to do it?

Like a PP, we were moving town, so moved into a flat first in order to be able to house hunt on our doorstep - chose a flat with a garage so we could store most of our stuff - we found a house 6 months later and couldn't be happier :-)
