DP switch or switched fused spur for kitchen appliances

Hi anyone or @pigletjohn

I am doing a new kitchen up in a rental and need to make sure its safe.

i have the following electric appliances:
Oven
Induction Hob
Extractor
Washing Machine
Dishwasher

Question: do I need a DP switch or a switched fused spur? and what amp?

It's usual for the hob and oven to be on a dedicated cooker circuit, about 32A, with switch.

It is sometimes possible to adjust induction hobs to use less power, but this reduces their cooking power.

I expect the washing machine and dishwasher are on a socket circuit, probably a ring.

You will need to have an inspection and certificate for a rental property.

the extractor is fixed to the wall and usually hard-wired, controlled by a switched FCU, you can use a plug and socket if you want but it would look odd. They are often supplied from a lighting circuit as they are such low power.
