Well that £7k quote will be half materials and half labour. Or maybe 60:40.

So let’s say 2k for your units
400 for worktop
1.6k for appliances, sink, tap

( these are all the prices for basic, not luxury items)

Plus flooring, splashbacks, lighting.

It’s soon adds up even for a small kitchen. If it was twice the size you’d not need more appliances and you’d probably not even put in double the amount of units - most people put in a dining table and chairs.

Really good design and price from Wren. My fitter likes wren as well. So deposit paid and survey booked. Eek. Will be fitted in September as fitter booked till then.
