Look at the kitchen in this property listing....that oven is photoshopped isn't it? Why?!?!

It isn't photoshopped, as if you look closely there is a reflection in the oven door showing the actual kitchen door. The left side panel also reflects on the work surface, so it was photoshopped they would have gone to quite an extent. The strange photo is due to the wide angle lens used.

@WhatWouldChristineCagneyDo

The toilet cistern appears to have a crack in it. Unless there's a dog hair on my laptop screen (which is entirely possible)
I think that is just a pattern on the cistern (there is a matching line on the opposite side). It looks like that part of the cistern is raised a bit.
BingBunnyIsAnnoying · 23/04/2021 23:46

That's the most depressing rm advert I've ever seen. I've seen more appealing doorways

No , it looks that way on mine and I don't have a dog Grin

Could be a doghair on the photographers camera though.....

£190k for that?! Shock

TabooNCoke · 24/04/2021 00:22

The Photoshopper has the perspective wrong on the oven, they have given it a side angle on a head on view (and have missed the wall sockets off on the second kitchen picture) - Estate Agent probably got back to office & realised there was a penis beaker on the worktop so blocked it out with a pic of a built in oven.

womanity · 24/04/2021 00:37

The narration on the video are so completely at odds with the pictures it’s hilarious.

Tuliptuliptulip · 24/04/2021 00:45

Someone needs to book a viewing!

Persipan · 24/04/2021 09:15

Bloody Connells and their 'videos' that are just pans through the photos. Got my hopes up for a minute.

If it's not photoshopped then it doesn't seem to be affected by the normal laws of physics, which you'd think would be worth mentioning as a feature.

Billythecandlestickmaker · 24/04/2021 09:21

Somebody ring, pretend to be interested and enquire if the oven is included in the purchase!

DobbyTheHouseElk · 24/04/2021 09:44

It’s a bit of a dodgy area. I don’t understand the price tag.

This.

It probably also explains why there is no video tour.

Connells always half-arse their 'video' tours, as far as I've seen. Even in properties where the ovens exist in normal three-dimensional space. It's really annoying.

I've come across similar things. Here is another photoshopped house:-

catsarebetterthandogs9 · 24/04/2021 16:16

I spent ages staring before I realised it's only a few miles from me.

Tempted to check it out..

altiara · 24/04/2021 17:10

I thought they meant to photoshop the oven into the hole but got it wrong 😂

YanTanTethera123 · 24/04/2021 17:15

Photo 9 is even weirder! Grim building and a very strange interior.

I can’t see anything odd. What amI missing? Clearly not to observant.

womanity · 24/04/2021 17:37

dobby
Look at the blue chair in the bedroom. It’s levitating.

DobbyTheHouseElk · 24/04/2021 17:38

Is it? Oh dear, I can’t see that. Have they photoshopped the whole interior?

womanity · 24/04/2021 17:40

A lot of it yes. I suspect the house is empty so all the furniture is probably ‘shopped.

I think the bathroom and kitchens are legit.

Mamette · 24/04/2021 17:42

Very odd but I don’t think photoshop. It would be a very strange and specific thing for an agent to waste their time on, when the rest of the photos are utterly shite.

NotACult · 24/04/2021 17:50

@nickymanchester and the knives and forks are the wrong way around

Look at picture no. 5 it shows the kitchen from another angle there is a job there. Definitely photoshopped Hmm

Mooselaurels · 24/04/2021 18:18

I think it might be a panorama gone a bit wrong? To the right of the oven there's a socket that looks like it should be visible in both pics but is only in one.

I think it's messed up perspectives.
