Dishwasher under sink, closing off plumbing?

Hi,
We're moving soon and bringing our dishwasher with us. It's plumbed into the pipes under the sink (picture attached)
Presumably we need to do something to them when we've removed the dishwasher so everything doesn't just flow out afterwards?
But what's the word for what I need?
Thanks
It's Franke sink/plumbing if that makes any difference

A cap? Wheres the inlet pipe, you need that closed off too. I would get a plumber out to remove it a day or two before moving to make 100% sure there are no leaks left for new owners. But I am paranoid and would not mind spending the money.

Inlet pipe has an isolation valve, easy to remove, it's just as this is into the sink waste I'm not sure how to close it off.
I don't think we need a plumber, just need to know what I have to fit.
