Project House - How much do you think we need to invest?

What needs doing:

  • Floors
  • Walls
  • Bathrooms
  • Kitchen
  • Garden

We would consider converting the garage straight away as we don't need one.

The big question: how much do you think we'll spend on it? I reckon 50-75k but could be wrong.

We did a similar 30s house renovation recently for about £120k, including some rewiring, new bamboo engineered floor (and skirting) on ground floor, new carpet upstairs, re-skimmed and painted walls, new bathroom and wc and wooden windows repaired. That also included new bifolds to garden and a small extension. Didn’t include kitchen which we got on 0% finance from ikea. We did garage separately. Those are london prices from a year ago (think we did it quite cheaply for london possibly even though that sounds mad?).
