Benefit vs self-funding tenants. Honest thoughts?

Just a quick one:

For those of you who are LLs, do you have a preference?

I know LLs can't discriminate now, but all things being equal if you had two sets of tenants one in receipt of housing benefit and one set that is not, which would you choose? What are the pitfalls/advantages for both?

One long term tenant on disability/housing benefit. One tenant working but also getting universal credit. Not had any issues with either. Our insurance is a little bit more expensive but not hugely different (Salvation Army insurance).

We've rented to HB tenants for years and it's generally been fine.
