How long did it take you to find your house?

We are really struggling we have put good offers in for 5 houses now and not got any. We have sold and have AIP, we have offered some under, some asking and 1 over asking. It is so stressful and I wonder if we will ever find anything suitable and get acceptable for it.

It is such a nightmare. I live in hope, it will pick up after christmas, when kids return to school, Easter but it is still a real lack of supply of houses above 325k in the areas I want. I am not bothered if we need to do it up or not I just want a decent size, 3 or 4 bed, ok garden but location is most important and that is what I am struggling with. Argh!!!
