Love this. Suspect it’ll get ripped apart but love the panelling and bathroom.

I love it. It could be really lovely.

It will get ripped apart though. You only need to watch Homes Under the Hammer a few times to know that! My parents sold their 1920s house a while back and it was completely gutted. Original solid oak doors slung on the skip.... Sad

A bit of work and that could be delightful. If I bought it I’d definitely want to buy the Ercol chairs, it looks like a probate sale.

@SoupDragon

We had that dining room carpet in our dining room when I was growing up in the 70s!
So did we! We used to use the the narrow strips as a road for toy cars and the panels as "gardens" for lego houses.

Link isn't working for me and I'm intrigued!

Yes!

My memories were spoilt when I saw it in a pub about 15 years later 😂😂

A house clearance person told us recently that Errol furniture is very much in demand at the moment.

I love cookers with eye-level grills. So practical and means you can still have two ovens for the rest of your cooking.

That carpet is a bit loud, and very 70s.

The panelling - okay but a bit too much for me.

Love the bathroom tiles, but as someone suggested above, maybe keep on one wall as a feature.

Love the 70s fireplace.

Why are there so many outside pictures before the inside ones?

Not sure about the bathroom but I would quite like the dining chairs (but not the ugly table).

I love it, I'd change the wallpaper and carpets and fit a new kitchen and bathroom but the rest would stay the same,

DramaAlpaca · 13/03/2021 18:34

I love it, especially the front aspect. I'd keep the panelling and those amazing bathroom tiles, but the carpets would have to go. I'd want a toilet installed in the main bathroom as well.

My mum has that dining room carpet!

I like the yellow woodwork.

I have to say the more I look at it the more I love it.
