Getting cold feet

We've bought our dream home, weve wanted this house for years and we really love it. It will be our forever home.
However, we are moving to another town about 30 mins with no traffic, we both drive.
When we first talked about it I was excited however now that our house is up for sale in starting to get this cold feet doubt feeling worried I'm going to hate it and there will be nothing I can do,
It's more myself than my DH that has pushed for it,
I guess my question is, has anyone else felt like this when moving? I don't know if I just feel sad at leaving this house as we have lots of happy memories here including bringing our babies home.
The practicality of moving is, bigger house more space for the kids, good schools.
Downside away from family/friends. Albeit only 30 mins away and can easily drive there.
Is it normal to feel like this when moving regardless if you were just moving 10 mins away or is this my gut telling me not to move?
I really love the house! Maybe I'm just feeling like this because things are finally starting to get real 🤷🏼‍♀️

Seems normal to me! Think about all the positives of the new house that made you choose it :)

perfectly normal. buyer's remorse. Mine stopped the day we moved in - barely think about the old house. All houses are a compromise - we just try and remember why we moved - off road parking and a garden in our case.

Yes totally normal to second guess yourself. The idea of a new hine is exciting, but once it actually starts to happen the practicalities start to sink in and you doubt yourself.
Any change is difficult, even a positive one.
