Would this out you off a house?

There was a thread on here a few days ago where the poster was looking to combine a loo and utility - there were a few alot of posters which hated the idea of clean laundry need a loo, and others that suggested it would be OK if walls were put in.

This is similar - idea would be that a cupboard could hide the WM/TD and it wouldn't really be used for drying wet laundry. Intending that when we have guests who need to use the loo, it would just look like a corridor because floor to ceiling doors would close all the utility bit off.

We do have a utility at the moment, but extension means we have to change it and just considering options.

I have no worries whatsoever about having a loo / utility combined or visitors seeing washing.
