Thoughts on this house please

I posted here a while ago about a house much like this one, but it had been reconfigured and you lot helped me rule it out. I've often thought about the house but know we made the right decision. But anyway, now this one has come up round the corner, without the dodgy alterations

It would only be me, DH and our young DD living there, more children aren't an option, so I feel the size would be ok. All of us sleeping on the middle floor and DH working from the top. We don't want a big garden so that's not an issue anyway (loads of green spaces and countryside nearby to spend outdoor time in).

DH and I both tend to get a bit overexcited about houses and don't see the potential pitfalls. Your thoughts were hugely helpful before, so I'd love to know what you think of this one! My only reservation is the open kitchen units, would it be much trouble to just add some doors??

It is lovely but I personally would never live in a terrace again. I think the size is fine

I like it, a sweet house with character.

How do they watch tv though?

If you're going to view this one, I'd also view the one on chambers hill while you're there. It is £15k cheaper and it hasn't been done up, so might either confirm you want walk-in condition or the saving might tempt you to do it to your tastes. Also that one looks like it has a better outside space with a bit more garden.

I like the style, but I'm not keen on town houses as family homes. I like a kitchen diner rather than lounge diner but it depends on your lifestyle. I think the garden is quite large but is landscaped in a way that chunks it up, would be easy to make it a more open, child friendly space as it looks quite long?
