Getting scratches off table...

Have had this table for about 18 months - www.vonhaus.com/vh_en/white-oak-coffee-table

It's looking a little worse for wear - the cats like to jump on it, laptops etc being moved on and off of it.

I'm guessing it's laminate (I'm rubbish at knowing stuff like this). Is there any way I can get it a little more up to scratch or should I just bin it?

Up to scratch - unintentional pun!

A quick Google suggests trying baking soda and a damp cloth to buff out the marks.
Amazon also sell something called a furniture touch up pen in white.
I have no experience of either but it would seem worth a try for a few £'s before deciding whether to ditch it or not.

Try olive oil and white vinegar.

I used something called FormFill laminate repair to repair scratches and chips on an old laminate worktop and it worked pretty well. I bought it in the US but you should be able to find it on Amazon I expect. Worth a try if something natural like baking soda doesn’t work.

Where did you get the rug under the table, btw?? I love the colours.

Thank you@ComtesseDeSpair, it's from Ikea :)

I rubbed a walnut over scratches on my chest of drawers. Covered it perfectly.
