vaillant boiler F22 low pressure-filling loop not filling when valves turned

hoping someone might help-my vaillant ECOTEC boiler is showing F22 low pressure 0.4 bar. this has happened occasionally over the years and has been easily repressurised using the valves on the filling loop. however this time no water is coming through on turning the valves-any help much appreciated

I see both the "T" handles are now in the "closed" position. Can you get a bit closer and take photos of them from underneath? There might be a brass fitting between the T valve and the flexible hose.

thanks -I've tried taking photos somewhat unsuccessfully - have booked someone to look on monday as I've tried turning the valves so many times wondering if the plastic taps arent gripping properly-the underneath looks a bit like a tube sign if that makes sense

We have that boiler. In order to repressurise you need to turn one of the valves (doesn't matter which) through 90 degrees so it's like | and not --. You should hear the water flowing into the boiler. Flip the front panel down before you do this and watch the needle rise. The engineer told me the ideal pressure was around 1.1 bar, which is about 8pm on my dial. Once you get to the right pressure, turn the valve back.

And if it keeps happening, call an engineer.

"tube sign"

thought so

you turn the slot with a large screwdriver so the slot is in line with the pipe for "on"

and across the direction of the pipe for "off"

just like the T handles.

There is a YouTube video on how to do this. You have to follow the right sequence when turning the valves on and off. I have the same boiler so searched up the video.

You have to open both of the valves.

And, if there is an extra one on the flexi, that as well.
