Myself, partner & 8 months old are in a 2 bedroom flat.( we rent) We’d love a second baby, sounds silly but are we able to in our situation? We rent and I know on the agreement it says 3 people to occupy.
But we’re not ready to move and we don’t want to.
Any advice? Has anyone had similar experience ?

If you feel space wise it will be ok then I don't think will be a problem. I think the lease isn't a restriction point but just that when you sign you list occupants. As a landlord myself i wouldn't think I'd even have a say to a person having another child and the law is typically in favour of a tenants rights over the landlords. If you pay your rent on time and keep the property well, letting landlord or management company know as problems arise early on not once they've become crazy big issues then there is no need to be concerned.

Just for a temporary time we are staying in one of our two bedroom rental properties with three children and space wise is a bit of a squeeze in the second bedroom but otherwise fine xx

Do you think they would have chucked you out if you’d had twins....... 🤔
