New extension - building reg and other certificates

Our new extension is almost complete and we have received the building regs and electrical certificates. Can anyone tell me if there are any other certificates we need or anything else that needs signing off? We did have underfloor heating installed on an existing boiler is there a plumbing certificate too?

I don't want to come unstuck when we sell our house in the future.

FENSA certificates for the windows? Any guarantees for the boiler/plumbing system?

Definitely the Gas Safe cert but I don;t think FENSA actually issue certs anymore

I'm pretty sure they do.

Thanks all. Does anyone know if I need the gas safe certificate if no actual works are done to the boiler? We just had a new manifold and underfloor heating added to our existing gas boiler.

I don't think our window installer was registered with fensa but they were signed off under building regs so I assume that is ok?

No Fensa needed if the building regs application covered windows, too. No Gas Safe unless work carried out on the gas. Sounds like you've got everything you need.

Echo what @Justlovedogs said. You don't need FENSA if building regs was obtained as it covers the windows

Might be worth putting together a sheet with all the contact details for the various tradesmen used? Not a regulation or strictly necessary, but if you engaged the various trades separately, it's always useful in case of future problems (or if you/any potential buyer) want other work done and the tradesmen were good.

FENSA do issue certificates still, however, it’s an extension so the windows cannot be registered via FENSA they will come under the building regs.
