F&B Modern Eggshell want to use outside?!

I know that it shouldn't be used but has anyone done so with okay results? I have half a tin of Modern Eggshell Railings, so what used to be called floor paint in old money, left over and I really want to paint a shed door with it.
Could I add an anti fungal inhibitor?
I'd greatly appreciate the experience of others.
Thank you in advance,
Queens x

Hello OP

I asked my painter for you. He said it wasn't worth the effort of finding the correct base additives. If you got the mix wrong, you'd ruin the paint and it wouldn't stick to the surface.

If you wanted to try anyway, you would need a solvent/resin that would prevent the paint from fading/cracking/peeling. You would also need an antifungal to prevent mildew growth.

If you liked the colour you already have, a good local merchant would be able to match the colour to an external base.

I used to work in an interior shop that sold paint, including F&B.
Firstly how much of a disaster would it be if it doesn't work? If you are precious about this door, then don't risk it, but personally I would.
I'd prime it with BIN primer which is brilliant for covering stains, watermarks etc then I'd use the F&B, but that's because I've used paint the (supposedly) wrong way before and always been happy with the result.

@TheQueensCousin sorry should have tagged you in the PP so that you see it 🙂

Thank you @goldierocks and @Itscoldouthere I'm going to risk it! I'll follow your advice @Itscoldouthere and use a primer. I might have to wait now though, the weather has been so mild that I thought I'd attempt it but it's started to drizzle 🌧😒
