Pic 2 not showing.

Have you tried connecting your TV to it? Even if it is connected to a FM antenna it may still work (although not ideal).

Otherwise a TV aerial man could change it and check what it is connected to.

Usually radio and TV connections look the same.

How does your TV aerial end? If it has a screen thread that would be a for a satellite connection not an aerial.

It looks like the radio socket is the opposite of the tv one - you can probably get a male/female converter (insert jokes here) for about a pound on Ebay. And its only a pound if it doesn't work.

I would imagine that your neighbours have the same set up - what do they use it for?

Ah yes I see that now, yes you can get 'male' to 'male' Blush adapter.

Your bedroom one might actually work with a TV

And, if you need to buy a new co-ax cable, you can order them with the connectors you need, in just the right lengths.

You will probably end up with a tangle of them in your junk drawer.

The very cheap ones tend not to be much good. I only buy "screened" cables now, they seem to get less interference on some digital channels.
