Radiators - help! Milano Aruba?

I need to choose a radiator in the next couple of days to replace one that's being removed next week. We'll have to replace all our radiators eventually so it would make sense to have them in the same style.

It's a modern house, so we want something that looks classic without looking too 'vintage'.

I've been looking at the Milano Aruba range - does anyone have these and what do they think of them if so?

Yes we have these. They are great and heat up well. The tall ones are also lovely for leaning against!

We have Acova radiators throughout the house, often recommended on here. Love them. Not only do they kick out the heat, they also seem to retain the heat when the heating goes off.

I got mine from Radiator outlet as they were a good price and similar to the style I wanted. I went for the traditional column style:

Thank you for your responses! Very helpful...

Acova and the radiator outlet radiators look lovely but they're maybe a bit too "period" for us...Our house really is a modern, featureless box so we need to put in something that is both nice to look at but doesn't look too out of place and 'pretending' to be period, if you know what I mean Grin.

@weepingwillow22. This might seem like a silly question, but can you dry clothes on them?

Ours are all quite tall and narrow so not an ideal shape for drying clothes on. Better for warming up your back....

But there's no safety issue why you couldn't? We'll be replacing several low long ones under windows.

I can't think of any safety issue that would specifically apply to these radiators rather than any other. I don't think it is meant to be great for the efficiency of your boiler though and can cause condensation.

Sorry, I'm aware it's somewhat of a silly question!

It's just I saw one picture which made them look like they have open air vents at the top (though the others didn't) and sometimes I need to dry DC uniform overnight in the winter on the radiators so it's ready for the next day (we don't have room for a tumble dryer in our kitchen and our combi washer is dreadful at drying!).

Thank you!
