I'm trying to put this lamp on my wall but can't for the life of me work out how to get the bolts off. I've tried an allen key but it's kind of round at the top. Can anyone suggest anything? Thanks

We have a whole set of those for all the different sizes. Ask around local friends and family and see if anyone has a set you can borrow?

do you mean they look like this?

or this?

Do they have a central pin in the socket? If so you will need a security bit.

If the sockets are plain hexagonal, an Allen key will do it.

If they were manufactured for the American market, you might need imperial sizes (in fractions of an inch). All developed nations use metric. In some sets the imperial and metric keys are a different colour to reduce confusion (black or silver).

Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciate it. I linked to the screw on my last post. I got in contact with the shop and they said that the box should have contained an allen key for the screws and they would send one out to me!!

Hopefully this will be resolved soon. Many thanks everyone for your help.
