I'm interested to hear how many viewings it took to sell your house.

Just listed mine, appeared online on Wednesday. 3 viewings lined up. Is that good or bad?

I'd forgotten how stressful it can be keeping the house viewable!

My house has been on RM for 10 days and I had 3 booked last week, but 1 cancelled. And EA has booked another in for tomorrow. I'm not worried yet and am in no hurry to sell the house.

It’s exhausting doing viewings!!!! Had two today but one in the morning and one at 5pm eugh!! Fingers crossed for us all!!

Four viewings down no offers.
To booked in tomorrow.
I've found the house I want and a second choice so fingers crossed!

Exciting that you’ve found the house! Have they let you view it before selling yours? We’ve seen one we like but no offers on our yet! First two viewers came yesterday, and someone has requested a second viewing so that’s positive. One this evening and three viewings tomorrow. Come on someone but it!!

We had about 20 and sold on the second to last. The market is saturated in our area and we had to drop the price significantly to sell it.
