Is this the norm now during covid restrictions?

Given limited opportunity for face to face contact and the post being less reliable and slower, it does at least remove one source of delay as original documents only have to be posted one way...

It's hundred of sheets
Our printer doesn't manually print double sided
They want them in colour too

Yes, I just had to do this - cost me £14 to send back via courier, too. Not in colour though.

Phone up and ask for them to be sent in the post or go and collect if you are able. I think it was the norm before Covid.

I did reply to the email saying we don't have the means to print such large documents but I haven't heard back yet
The first lot of papers we got were sent in the post from their office

I phoned and explained to our estate agents that the solicitors (that they had recommended) had just sent everything over by email and expected us to print it and that we don’t actually have a printer or access to one. We emailed the documents to our estate agents and they printed them out for us. We then collected them an hour later. Might be worth a try?

What is 100s of pages? I would be happy to print TR1 and contract for signing. Why is everything else needing printing in colour?
