Moving to Wanstead/South Woodford

Hi I am 25 weeks pregnant and looking to relocate from zone 2. We have fallen in love with Wanstead but realise for our budget we get more for our money if we locate slightly further out.

We have found a property in the nightingale estate in South Woodford close to nightingale school. Any advice on this area would be very helpful as pretty clueless!

Yes those have all been hanging around a while. There's one on Colvin Gardens that's just come on. Can you tell I do the Nightingale school run? Haha.

Im aware the post may be old. Im planning to make an offer to a terrance house in oslow garden. I just noticed some mentioned that oslow garden isnt the best area. Just want to get more thoughts, and point out anything that I may not have aware of. Im not from the area and i can only have one day to visit.
