Timber or brick shed, which is better?

I need a large shed/workshop, so just wonder which type would be more dry/insulated in winter for storage?
I previously had a concrete garage and that was very damp.

Need to store stuff in plastic books, and ideally boxes of books too.
If it's all down to insulation - how expensive is it to insulate either of these? thanks.

For paper you probably need a heated space. Essentially a home office with heating, insulation and ventilation. Brick built would last longer, but costs more

Insulated timber structure

thank you, both!
How much would it be to insulate a timber shed?

Depends on size and insulation type

Google garden office room. The structures are reasonably cheap to start, but by the time you add insulation, a base, flooring, thicker wood, a decent roof, doors and windows the price goes up! Also you'll need an electrician to run power there for the heating.

Check if you need planning permission

thank you all. I really meant, is a shed is already there how much would the insulation cost?
I'm looking to buy and loof for houses with large sheds specifically. Seen one with a good timber workshop.
