Anyone have any idea of roughly what we could expect to pay to add a driveway to front of this property?

It'll vary quite a bit depending where in the country you are and the type of finish you go for- brick, tarmac, resin, just concreted, pebbles etc.
Also whether you'll need to pay to add a dropped curb.

Our drive was ~£10k, bricked (for a larger area than above) but it didn't need levelling out or anything as yours might. That was approx 5 years ago in the North East

It's in south Birmingham and there's no dropped kerb at the moment

No idea on the driveway cost but I do know that our local council only allows you to use their approved contractors to drop a curb and such the price is fixed at around £1600.

Contact your council re the dropped kerb. They may be the only ones who are can give permission or even complete the work.

If so they will give you a price. We paid over £400 twenty years ago and only the Council were authorised to do it. You may be able to do some of the work yourself once the kerb is in.

Ah, ok. Will research Birmingham dropped kerb prices!

I live in south Birmingham than .Look on the City of Birmingham web site for dropped kerbs. I have been quoted approx 1400 for my drive.

It cost us c12k to have a driveway of a similar size done (Home Counties)

We had to have the old concrete drive dug up, everything levelled, drainage and blocks laid. Plus we had our wall on one side and partially across the front rebuilt.

We already had a dropped kerb though
