Would you rent/buy a house next to a Funeral Directors?

We own a rental property. 5 years ago when we last advertised for tenants, it went in a day (it's in a very handy location for a hospital, train station, bus routes, motorway access etc, and unusually for the area has off street parking and a garden).

But... It was next to a florist. Florist shut, and it's now a Funeral Directors.

Honestly .. would it put you off? It's just the shop bit, none of the 'working' bits of the funeral business (not sure how to phrase it exactly). The larger premises for that is around 100m away.

To answer a few questions...
Parking- it's in a permit only area (due to proximity of the hospital). The house actually has private parking, very unusual in area. Parking warden patrols regularly.

Viewings- current tenants have notice today, and it will need decorating before remarketing properly. Current tenants been in six years.

There won't be any comings and goings at night, there isn't space for the vehicles etc.

Seems to be a mix whether people are worried or not.

It wouldn't bother me in the slightest.

It would put me off if I'm honest, but there's loads of people it wouldn't bother (evidenced by this thread! Smile)

It would put me off I'm afraid.

It would put me off. I would feel sad looking out and seeing grieving people all day, sorry
