I was secretly hoping for a call today with some viewers lined up for this weekend. I think I need to amend my expectations in the current situation!

Good luck OP. We were on the market from January, it was a slow start, eventually several viewings, some seconds, but no offers. Came off the market as lockdown began, but estate agent forgot this and booked in a viewing for the day the restrictions eased, I cancelled then changed my mind. He ended up offering the next day, too low, but upped it a few hours later and we accepted.

This was 2 weeks ago and we've now reserved our dream home in an area we'd never considered. It's funny how life can change in an instant.

It'll happen, the property market doesn't seem slow from where I'm looking!
