Finalising kitchen refurb - what have I forgotten

After starting a kitchen refurb 3 weeks before lockdown things are finally moving again. I’ve got to finalise the design etc.

I’ve picked the style and basic layout but what have I forgotten. (Don’t say a wine rack I had one before & it was just a dust gatherer. I’ve got a lot of nice china so asked for glass display units. The kids wanted a small breakfast bar.

With the kindest intentions I think what people are trying to say is invest a couple of hundred quid now while the kitchen is a shell to get pipework moved a few inches/feet before you spend thousands on a kitchen that isn't the best possible arrangement.

I have 2 wide deep drawers and inside I the top one I have out some Ikea tubs for all the little bits. Keeps them more organised than just a shallow drawer.
