Soap use blocking bathroom sink - help!

In these days of increased handwashing... can't get liquid handwash anywhere so using bar soap and it's really blocking the bathroom sink drains now!

Obviously can't get out to buy the usual drain blocker products either - what can I use out of ordinary household items? I have bleach, washing up liquid, different cleaning products, bicarb... Have tried hot water from the kettle and it's helped a tiny bit but not enough, the sink is still full of water by the time you've spent 20 seconds washing your hands.

I never use drain unblocker as all the traps on our sinks are removable to clean out.
They are always pretty revolting with hair etc.
The only one that's an absolute pain is the IKEA double sink with drawers underneath, as it has a low profile waste setup to make space for the drawer. Plus it's typical IKEA quality, looks good but doesn't work brilliantly.
If it's a basin there's a good chance it's hair triggering the blockage.
