Fully tiled bathroom

I'm hoping to get my bathroom done when everything goes back to "normal". I'm thinking of getting the whole room tiled, with the same tiles on the floor and walls.

Is this a good idea? Can I see your bathrooms for inspiration, please? Thanks!

Depends on the size of the bathroom imho. It can make the room feel colder and make it more echoey. You have to be careful not to choose tiles which make it look like a public toilet.

I'd suggest that you invest in underfoot heating. It helps to bring some warmth to a fully tiles bathroom. The one with the bath, the tiles aren't the same but they are in the same family, iykwim

When we had a fully tiled bathroom, we had LVT on the floor and the walls fully tiled.

It's a small family bathroom.

Those bathrooms are amazing!

We have a fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating which I think you need. The only thing that I find is that I sometimes wish we had left a bit of the wall that I could paint, just for change.

We have two fully tiled bathrooms and two that are not. Both the tiled ones have underfloor heating.

Porcelanosa have tiles for walls that complement the floor tiles. We used them in our main en suite bathroom. They are non slip on the floor but slightly glossier for the walls. Do think about safety on the floor.

Our other en suite is travertine and they are the same on the floor as the walls as they are matt anyway.

I think tiling all over can work really well but you do not want condensation. Our main en suite is large and the big bath, large sink and big shower, plus storage cuobaords and mirror breaks up the tiling with other visual impact.

I went for white because its a small bathroom. Didn't want the same for the floor though..
