Finding correct size heated towel rail

I've just had a badly rusted and leaking chrome heated towel rail removed and need to find a replacement. Trouble is the size seems difficult to find and I really don't want to have to remove tiles to have the pipes moved etc.

Also making it more tricky is that I'd like to get a stainless steel one if possible and this narrows down my options a fair bit. The pipes are currently approx 410mm apart (from their centres) and the old rail was approx 450mm wide and 1700mm high.

Any suggestions where to look or whether there's any way to fit a different sized rail here? I think someone suggested to me it may be possible to get one with both pipe connections in the middle of the radiator - would this be possible or result in loads of hassle and messy pipework? Actually I don't care too much about what the pipework looks like as this is a kinda temp fix until we do the bathroom properly in a few years. But I really don't want the next one rusting like the old one did.

We have had some fabulous radiators from these people

We ended up having to get a different size because the one we had in the bathroom was Spanish (?? fitted by previous owners, we live in the north west) and there were no equivalents available.

If you are getting the bathroom re-done in a couple of years I’d just get a cheapish one and fit new tiles (same as or similar to existing) around it rather than seeking out a unicorn towel rail that fits exactly in its place and fixes on in an unusual way whilst being made of your metal of choice. BTW the black ones radiate more heat but not as much more as the bathroom showroom people would have you believe!

All merchants can get hold of 450 wide towel rails for you. Those are just a few examples. You can always get the pipes lengthened to fit a wider towel rail if needed. Shouldn't take a plumber more than two hours to do all that for you.

Also make sure it gives out enough heat if it's also going to heat the room. I liked a slightly dinky one, but actually it proved a bit small to provide enough heat to the bathroom.
