Town Houses

Looking at buying at town house. Bottom floor, connecting garage, WC with shower, dinning kitchen. 1st floor, spacious living room, bathroom with bath, 2 middle bedrooms, one fitting king size other, single with wardrobe and side cabinet, top floor, two super king size one with EAL in wardrobe and en suit. It somehow feels smaller than a 2 floor with same rooms. Does anyone have a town house and feel the demigods over a 2 floor? Thanks.

We live in one but I would never buy one with a living room on the same floor as bedrooms unless it was going to be a spare room or playroom. Ours is lounge diner and kitchen, then up to master with en-suite and study, then up again to 2 doubles and family bathroom. The 2 doubles are currently nursery and playroom so DS is asleep 2 floors above us in the evenings.
