How can we configure this space into a shower room?

We are desperate to have a shower room but only have one space that we could add it too. In theory it is sizeable - 3m x 1m but the problem is that there is a window on one end of the room (the narrow end) and a door on the opposite side. We could fill in the window but can’t do anything about the door on the other narrow end. Most shower room layouts seem to have the shower at one end of the room and the toilet at the other end with the door in the middle, on one of the widest walls. Has anyone configured a similar sized room and does it work? We wouldn’t want to spend money on it only to find out that it is too cramped to use!

a metre wide is quite tight, probably need to go for a wet room, toilet at the end, small sink, shower on the wall but no cubicle.

Our little bathroom is 2.4 x 1.4m and we have a window at one end and door at the other. We have a three sided shower enclosure (it is really solid) and a combi toilet with an integrated sink next to it. The smallest three sided shower is either 700mm or 760mm (can’t remember, ours is 800mm) but it is 1.2m long and feels quite big.

I suspect though, that at only 1m, yours might be too narrow but worth laying it out. Ours was a wet room previously but it leaked and caused lots of damage, so if you go with a wet room (might be your only option) make sure it is done properly...... (ours wasn’t !!)
