Hi
I have had the boiler replaced about 4 years ago, it is located in the kitchen. Recently the kitchen wall has become damp and the paint has started peeling, I am not sure why. There is a pipe on the outside wall that bends back towards the wall, on googling I have found out that it's a pressure relief outlet from the boiler and i'm wondering if this could produce enough water to damage the wall (there is damp and moss starting a bit above the pipe and all the way down the wall so it seems likely that this is the culprit, although i have never seen it actually leaking).
Has anyone had a problem like this in the past? My main concern is understanding where the damp is coming from as it's really not obvious so would like to know if it sounds likely that the pressure relief valve could cause that amount of damage!
Many thanks
