Should there be a seal at the bottom of french doors?

We’ve just moved into a new property and there’s a draught coming from the bottom of the French doors. It’s looks to me like the builders have forgotten to put a seal along the bottom as I can see there’s a black seal along the sides and top, but along the bottom there isn’t.

Before I ask the builders to come fix it though please can someone confirm if I’m right or if they’re supposed to be like this? I don’t want them to charge me to come and look at it and tell me it’s the way it’s supposed to be.

Here’s a couple of pictures of the bottom corner to show what I mean.

Thanks for any input Smile

Yes your meant to have a seal. we've just had an extension and ours literary just fell off. Got builder back and he just said there was nothing he could do and it wasn't needed. Your builder might be more helpful t go ugh.

Oh no that’s rubbish for you, so you’re just expected to live with the draught then?! Yes I hope ours are better too!

Thanks
