2 equal size living rooms or one large and one small

Hi all,

We've just bought a renovation project and are wanting to change layout of downstairs but unsure what to do! Options are either one large kitchen living diner and a small separate snug or 1 kitchen diner and 1 equal size separate living room.

What would you do? Or any other ideas?

For me I would keep the hall. No toilet off kitchen I hate it. And go for a snug I would bet you would spend most your time in a large kitchen diner.

Originally planned for two equal ones, ended up with 3/4 kitchen/diner/tv and the rest snug. Works much better, live in the big one, small one is used occasionally only.
