Sandwich in Kent is lovely. I thought Chester was very pretty too. And Rye. Lavenham is staggering if you like real Tudor architecture.

Rye in East Sussex is lovely, medieval, coastal, rural. Often used as a location for films and the tv series Mapp & Lucia based on the novel. Lamb House in the centre of town was the home of Henry James who lives the place.

Castleton is stunning. I love it.

Morston is beautiful, especially in winter when there’s a frost.
