DIY kitchens

Has anybody else had the misfortune to use DIY kitchens.
We have had huge problems with them delivering damaged goods.
After 13 weeks we still haven't got all our kitchen doors replaced.
I would urge anyone to read the terrible reviews as they are all true.

Same experience as @Myfutureisland . We had a large kitchen fitted out with DIY units. Really impressive quality and fitter had same view. He is a builder and uses them regularly now instead of Howdens. Some of our neighbours also used DIY after our experience all without problems.

Pretty good overall here. Some issues with delayed delivery but they resolved that and gave us money off. We waited a while for one missing bit but I can't fault the fit and quality.

You’re doing a lovely job! & definitely not easy with a FT job & a baby in the mix! The Dove Grey looks lovely - that type of grey has looked very beige in my kitchen, but I might order a sample door though I’m a bit concerned about foil wrapped MDF.

Yes he’d charge me to lay it, if course he would, but he’s not making any money on the purchasing of it & he’s not short of work either. I’m not bothered about any of that, I’m just not sure if it will look ok or ‘cheap & horrible’ ?!

Anyone have any more photos they’d be happy to share?!

I'm in the process of having mine done, units were delivered last Friday on schedule and fitter started today, so far about half are unpacked and no problems.
I've got Norton in Sage Green.

Order worktops elsewhere as they didn't have what I wanted and getting handles elsewhere too as I couldn't decide at the time of ordering (must make my mine up and order!).

DIY kitchens did a fab job for us! Great price, fast delivery, no issues at all with fitting or quality. The end result is fab and exactly what we wanted.

OP sounds a bit Howdens, is that you?
